The Challenge
As the business expanded into larger institutional-scale developments and cross-border capital partnerships, TMC’s digital tools were no longer keeping up. Key issues included:
A fragmented project showcase section lacking rich story-telling and metrics — making it difficult for institutional investors to understand scale and value.
Poor responsiveness for mobile and tablet devices, undermining on-site presentations and field-based meetings.
Weak integration of brand identity and thought leadership — their reputation for “integrity, commitment and creativity” wasn’t reflected online.
Legacy infrastructure making updates slow — delays in creating new case studies or financial summaries hindered speed to market.
The Solution
AgentNest took a three-fold approach:
Strategic Framework & Content Architecture – we defined a clear structure for projects (Challenge → Solution → Result), created a modular case-study template, and embedded investor-friendly metrics.
UX/Visual Redesign – a full overhaul with a clean, bold interface aligned to TMC’s premium positioning, built mobile-first, with emphasis on high-quality imagery, fluid animations for key stats, and a component library for reuse.
Developer & CMS Integration – we implemented a headless CMS allowing TMC to publish new projects easily, and integrated analytics dashboards so they could measure visitor interaction with their work-stories. We also improved page-speed, responsiveness, and SEO readiness.

TMC now presents as a leading-edge partner in real-estate development, with a digital platform that fully reflects the scale, quality and professionalism of their work.
